Please ensure vehicle is emptied prior to service to avoid a $15 charge for removal.
• We kindly request that you remove all personal belongings from your vehicle, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged items.
• The final outcome of the service may vary based on the initial condition of the vehicle.
• The total cost will be determined upon completion of the service.
• Refunds will not be issued once the services have been provided.
• Vehicles left unattended for 48 hours following the completion of the service may incur a storage fee of $50 per day.
• Please note that lost gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced.
Additional Labor Fees
Please note that in certain cases, extra charges may apply for additional labor required due to the condition of the vehicle. This includes circumstances such as extreme dirtiness, heavy stains, excessive pet hair, or other exceptional conditions that may require additional time and effort from our dedicated team. We always strive to provide the best results, and these extra fees ensure that we can give your vehicle the attention and care it needs to restore its pristine condition. Rest assured, any additional charges will be communicated to you transparently and in advance, so you can make an informed decision about the services you choose.

DROP OFF/PICKUP TIMES
• Drop off by 7am & your vehicle will be completed by 4pm (Monday-Friday)
• Night drop off by 7pm & your vehicle will be completed by 1pm the following day (Sunday-Thursday)
